What we do

Astreya turns your exact date, time and place of birth into a full personal chart — natal astrology, Human Design bodygraph, Vedic (Jyotish) reading with Nakshatras and Dashas, Western and Chinese horoscopes, Pythagorean numerology, tarot spreads and a 1,183-entry dream dictionary. Every module has a free calculation and an optional in-depth AI-written interpretation.

How we calculate

• Planetary positions: Swiss Ephemeris–grade geocentric ecliptic longitudes with light-time and aberration corrections.
• Houses: Placidus for Western charts, Whole Sign for Vedic charts.
• Vedic: Lahiri ayanamsa computed via IAU 2006 precession and IAU 1980 nutation for arc-second accuracy.
• Chiron: 200-year JPL Horizons lookup table with Catmull-Rom interpolation (< 0.01° error vs Swiss Ephemeris).
• Human Design: 88° pre-birth design crystal, exact channels, gates and Variables.

Sources & schools

Western astrology follows the mainstream Placidus tradition. Human Design is based on the system founded by Ra Uru Hu. Vedic (Jyotish) uses the classical Parashari framework with Lahiri ayanamsa. Numerology follows the Pythagorean method with master numbers 11, 22 and 33. Tarot uses the Rider-Waite-Smith deck as the reference iconography.
