Terms of Service

1. Subject and general provisions

1.1. This document governs the relationship between "Di Si Team" Ltd., UIC 207913681, with registered seat and address of management: BULGARIA, city of Sofia (1680), Krasno Selo district, Borovo neighborhood, bl. 222A, entr. A, fl. 3, apt. 9 (hereinafter "Provider"), and any natural or legal person who visits, registers an account or uses the paid and free services of astreya.life (hereinafter "User").

1.2. Using the astreya.life platform (including the Horoscope, Natal Chart, Synastry, Human Design, Numerology, Tarot and Dream Dictionary modules) means the User has read these Terms, agrees with them and undertakes to comply with them.

2. Services provided and registration

2.1. Astreya.life is a digital platform for software-based astrological, numerological and self-knowledge analyses and calculations.

2.2. Access to certain features (such as the Dashboard, Day Chart, etc.) requires creating a user account by providing a name, email, date, exact time and place of birth. The User bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the data entered.

2.3. Free services are provided "as is". Paid services (premium analyses, reports and extended layouts) are activated after payment is made through the integrated payment service provider (Stripe).

3. Rights and obligations of the parties

3.1. The User has the right to use the platform only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3.2. The User is prohibited from copying, distributing, reselling, decompiling or using for commercial purposes the texts, software algorithms, design and intellectual property of Astreya.life without explicit written consent.

3.3. The Provider has the right to change the structure, prices, design and functionalities of the site during development and operation without prior notice.

4. Payments, subscriptions and withdrawal

4.1. All prices on the platform are final and listed in Bulgarian leva (or the equivalent in another currency).

4.2. The platform offers one-time purchases of digital reports (PDF) and/or recurring subscription plans (monthly/annual). Subscriptions are renewed automatically unless the User cancels them in the dashboard before the billing date.

4.3. IMPORTANT: Pursuant to Art. 57, para. 1, item 1 and item 13 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, the consumer has no right of withdrawal and refund for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with the consumer's express consent. All astrological analyses and reports are generated immediately after payment; therefore, amounts paid for them are non-refundable.

5. Limitation of liability

5.1. The analyses, reports and guidance provided by Astreya.life are intended entirely for entertainment, informational and psychological purposes. They do not constitute, do not replace and must not be used as medical, legal, financial or professional advice.

5.2. The Provider is not liable for decisions made by the User based on the information provided by the software, nor for any damages incurred or profits foregone.
