2. What personal data we collect and why

To operate the platform and calculate accurate astrological profiles we collect:

• Registration data: name, email address, encrypted password.
• Astrological and Human Design data: exact date, time and place of birth. Required to compute planetary positions.
• Payment data: processed directly by Stripe. Astreya does not store card details on its servers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, on-site behaviour (via cookies) for security and product improvement.

3. Legal basis for processing

• Contract: to provide the services and analyses you requested.
• Explicit consent: for astrological profile calculations and optional marketing communications.
• Legal obligation: for accounting and tax reporting on paid orders.

4. Retention period

We retain your personal data only for as long as your account is active or as required to provide the services. You may delete your account and associated data at any time from your dashboard. Data from paid transactions is retained for 10 years pursuant to Bulgarian accounting law.

5. Third parties who process the data

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted processors that support site operations:

• Hosting and database providers: for secure storage.
• Stripe: for secure payment processing.
• Google Analytics and Meta Pixel: only after you accept analytics cookies via the consent banner.

6. Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, port, restrict or erase your data. To exercise these rights, delete your account or contact us at hello@astreya.life. You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), the UK ICO or your local data protection authority.
