Terms of Service

1. Subject and general provisions

1.1. These Terms govern the relationship between "Di Si Team" Ltd., UIC 207913681, registered in Sofia, Bulgaria ("Provider"), and any person who visits, registers or uses astreya.life ("User").

1.2. By using astreya.life (Horoscope, Natal Chart, Synastry, Human Design, Numerology, Tarot and Dream Dictionary), the User confirms that they have read and accept these Terms.

2. Services and account

2.1. Astreya is a digital platform for software-based astrological, numerological and self-knowledge analyses.

2.2. Certain features (Dashboard, Day Chart, premium reports) require an account with name, email, date, exact time and place of birth. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered.

2.3. Free services are provided "as is". Paid services are activated after payment through Stripe.

3. Rights and obligations

3.1. The User may use the platform only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3.2. Copying, redistributing, reselling, decompiling or commercially exploiting the texts, software, design or intellectual property of astreya.life is prohibited without prior written consent.

3.3. The Provider may change the structure, prices, design and functionality of the site at any time.

4. Payments and withdrawal

4.1. All prices are final and displayed in EUR (or the equivalent in another currency at checkout).

4.2. Astreya offers one-time purchases of digital reports and optional recurring subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless the User cancels before the billing date.

4.3. Digital-content notice: Astrological reports are delivered immediately after payment with the User's explicit consent. In line with EU consumer law (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU) and Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act Art. 57(1)(13), the right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun, and amounts paid for delivered digital content are non-refundable.

5. Limitation of liability

5.1. All analyses, reports and guidance are provided for entertainment, informational and self-reflection purposes only. They are not, and must not be used as, medical, legal, financial or professional advice.

5.2. The Provider is not liable for decisions taken by the User based on the information provided, or for any consequential damages.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes will be resolved by the competent Bulgarian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in the User's country of residence.
